I initially gave a reduced star review because the flowers delivered were not what I ordered. Frank reached out and was very kind to address my concerns and make my order correct. I have now raised my review to five stars because of exceptional customer service. I would recommend this florist and will order again in future. Thank you, Tammy Seaman

Having never seen any of their work in person, since we live in another State, we entrusted the "Enchanted Flower Shop" to create a very special gift for our Dear Sister's 75th Birthday, based solely off of their excellent online reviews. We ordered their "Harmony's Basket" online, and after it was delivered, Sis was completely ECSTATIC and IMPRESSED! She texted us a picture of it, and WOW, we were equally taken aback by just how INCREDIBLY GORGEOUS their work of art turned out! The choice of colors, and placement of flowers were ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT! We're SUPER DELIGHTED with their shop!!!
